The fleet
Our own fleet is Ashok Leyland, new models only - no ageing stock handed down from an earlier contract. Heavy-duty air conditioning specified for GCC conditions, high-back seating, and luggage capacity for shift changes.

Beyond our own fleet
Not every route needs 67 seats. Where a contract calls for something our own fleet does not cover - a small van for a supervisor run, a midibus for a short shift, a luxury coach for client visits, or school-specification vehicles - we arrange it through our operator network across the Emirates.
You deal with one company, one contract and one point of contact, whatever is parked at the gate in the morning.

What we run
Corporate & labour
Fixed daily routes between accommodation and site for contractors, facade and MEP firms, facilities management and industrial employers. Set timings, named driver, one point of contact.
Education
Student transport run to RTA school regulations, with trained supervisors on board and arrival notification for parents.
Charter
Delegate shuttles, airport transfers and group movements across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates.
Drivers
A bus is only as reliable as the person operating it at 5am. Every MJH driver completes a full qualification process before carrying a single passenger.
Technical driving, vehicle management, passenger care and student safety before first duty.
Mandatory training completed at RTA-approved centres, with licences current and verified.
Background checks, medical fitness testing, and drug and alcohol screening.
Pre-trip and post-trip mechanical and safety checks logged on every vehicle.
Continuing development including emergency evacuation procedure drills.
Uniformed, courteous, fluent in English and familiar with routes across all seven emirates.
Maintenance
Most operators send a broken bus to a third-party garage and tell you to wait. We maintain the entire fleet in-house across three emirates, which is why a replacement vehicle reaches your route the same day.

Before you commit
Changing transport supplier is a risk nobody wants to carry. So judge the service before you sign anything - pick your most difficult route, and we will run it for a week at our cost. If the buses are late or the drivers are wrong, you have lost nothing.
